Southwest Filter Company ("SWFCo"), a leading provider of industrial filtration solutions, has announced the acquisition of Best Quality Fabrication ("BQF"), a specialized steel fabrication business. This strategic acquisition enhances SWFCo's ability to deliver fully integrated, high-quality filtration vessels and components to customers across energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

The acquisition represents a key milestone in SWFCo's long-term growth strategy, further aligning its manufacturing capabilities with customer demand for speed, precision, and reliability. By bringing fabrication capabilities in-house, SWFCo will improve production control, reduce lead times, and expand its capacity to support complex, large-scale projects.

To commemorate the transaction, SWFCo hosted a signing celebration at its Tulsa headquarters on March 26, 2026.
